Name: Rothenberger intermediate jaw rings ZBR Standard 1000003589
Brand: Rothenberger

The high-quality intermediate jaws from ROTHENBERGER are suitable for the system-compliant pressing of fittings for metal or plastic pipes. The use of a special hardening process, DURA LAZR TEC technology, and partial laser hardening enables precise and safe pressing while simultaneously increasing durability. The result is minimized wear and 100% more pressing cycles compared to the previous model. In addition, long-term corrosion protection supports the durability of the pressing jaws. By using a highly resilient special steel, the press jaws are suitable for all press machines with an axial thrust of 32 - 34 kN. Details: DURA LAZR TEC process - Partial laser hardening enables the highest degree of hardness in highly stressed areas. This leads to minimal wear and a high level of contour accuracy. In combination with the forged, highly resilient and flexible special steel, the new generation of press jaws achieves a 100% longer service life compared to its predecessor. The 3-bolt synchronous mechanism enables the press jaw to be opened with one finger. Precision-made contour for optimal and safe pressing.Show more
