The full seven-piece replacement foam set for the Peli 1607 Air case, Peli's own part 016070-4000-000, catalogued as the 1607AirFS. Three layers of pre-scored Pick N Pluck base foam give 200 mm of depth to tear a bespoke cavity for your kit in a few minutes without a knife or a CNC quote, while the convoluted lid foam holds everything down against the closed lid. Two side filler strips take up the gaps beside the trolley handle recess.
