Trio PIERA 284074206 chrome bathroom wall light with socket LED 8 W
Trio PIERA 284074206 is a chrome-finished bathroom wall light with a long, milky diffuser and an electrical socket concealed beneath a hinged cover. Its plastic housing has a simple cylindrical shape, with reflective ends framing the pale illuminated section.Local light for a mirror or work surface The integrated SMD LED module uses 8 W and provides 850 lm at a fixed warm-white colour temperature of 3000 K. The light source is already part of the fitting, so there is no separate screw-in bulb to choose. When combining PIERA with other lighting, compare their colour temperatures rather than expecting this model to change between warm and cool white. The manufacturer identifies bathroom mirrors and kitchen work surfaces as suitable applications. This is local lighting for a particular area: its position should follow the surface being illuminated, rather than assuming one fitting will light an entire room. The built-in switch turns the light on and off. The fitting is not dimmable, an important distinction if your existing circuit uses a dimmer.A socket built into the body The covered mains socket is a separate practical feature of the housing. The installation manual specifies a maximum socket load of 3600 W; this is not the LED's power consumption. It provides a connection point for an appliance at the wall light's location. Allow room to open the cover and reach the socket when choosing the mounting position.Check the space and electrical connection The body measures 41.5 cm long, 5.5 cm high in a horizontal arrangement and 7 cm deep. Official photographs show both horizontal and vertical mounting. Compare all three measurements with the available space around your mirror, including how far the fitting projects from the wall. PIERA is an indoor light with an IP44 rating. Its installation diagram requires connection to a 230 V supply with a protective earth conductor. The built-in socket does not mean that the light itself is supplied through a plug-in lead. Bathroom positioning must satisfy the requirements of the relevant installation zone. The restrained tubular form, without decorative arms or a large shade, suits modern and minimalist interiors.Näytä lisää
