Name: LUMINES RETO silver anodised LED profile 2.02 m – 10-0524-20
Brand: Lumines

LUMINES RETO 10-0524-20 is a silver anodised aluminium profile for building linear furniture lighting. This version is 2020 mm long, with a shallow, half-round cross-section rather than a rectangular channel. It is a lighting-system component, not a complete luminaire with a specified light colour or brightness.Surface mounting on shelves and cabinetsRETO mounts onto the furniture surface without requiring a routed groove in the panel. The manufacturer illustrates fixing with a screw or double-sided tape. It is intended particularly for kitchen cabinetry, shelves and cupboards, including installations where lighting is being added to existing furniture. The cross-section is 54.9 mm wide and 8 mm high. Check the available mounting width as well as the run length before choosing the profile. Its low height should not be mistaken for a narrow footprint: the base still needs space across the shelf. The exposed silver finish and restrained linear form suit modern furniture detailing without adding an ornamental shade.Choose end caps to set the light directionThe RETO system uses BASIC diffusers, with LED strips positioned to the sides rather than directly beneath the central cover. This arrangement is a defining feature of the profile and is intended to produce a continuous line of light. When selecting a cover, match the RETO cross-section rather than relying on length alone.Support end caps provide 15° or 30° mounting positions; the installation diagrams also show a 0° position. Direction is determined by the selected end caps, not by a swivel joint built into the aluminium extrusion.Plan the rest of the lighting systemSelect LED strips, a diffuser, end caps and power supply for the intended assembly. The power supply sits outside the profile, so allow a separate location and a cable route. Colour temperature and luminous output are not determined by the profile itself. RETO cannot be sealed and should not be treated as a system for installations exposed to water.Näytä lisää
