Endon Ikat 113093 pleated lampshade, Marlin Blue, 40 cm, E27/B22

Name: Endon Ikat 113093 pleated lampshade, Marlin Blue, 40 cm, E27/B22
Brand: Endon

Endon Ikat 113093 is a pleated fabric lampshade in the Marlin Blue colourway. Its blue and cream print runs across a tapered shape, with taped edging defining the top and bottom. This is a shade to combine with a suitable lamp, rather than a complete light fitting.Check the shade against your lampThe bottom diameter is 40 cm, the top diameter 28 cm and the height 27.5 cm. Comparing all three measurements helps establish the proportions of the finished lamp, not just its widest point. Check the lower diameter against the space available around your existing base. For pendant use, also consider the clearance beneath the lower edge once the complete fitting is in position. The handcrafted construction combines fabric and steel. Faux-silk fabric is gathered into narrow pleats, while a plain lining finishes the inside. The manufacturer specifies a digitally printed pattern: the Ikat name does not mean that the shade is made from natural silk or traditionally woven ikat cloth.A reversible fitting for different lamp typesA reversible white gimbal allows the shade to be used with a suitable table lamp, floor lamp or pendant set. Check the attachment on your chosen lamp before ordering; reversible orientation does not establish universal compatibility with every base or suspension. The specified light source is an E27 or B22 LED bulb rated at a maximum of 10 W, supplied separately. Choose the bulb cap to match the lamp holder in your fitting. Brightness and light colour depend on that bulb, while any dimming also depends on the lamp's electrical equipment. The shade itself provides no light control.A patterned alternative to a plain shadeThe tapered outline, pleats and bound edges give the shade a classic character, with an irregular ikat motif adding an ethnic-inspired detail. It can be paired with an appropriate lamp for a living room, bedroom, dining room or hallway. The collection photograph includes other colours and sizes for comparison; these additional shades are not included with this individual article.Näytä lisää
