FIGURE S N°1 is a parrot figure cast in resin and finished in gloss gold. The bird perches sideways on a thin gold hoop, wings folded and a long tail falling below it; the casting reproduces the lie of the feathers and the raised crest on the head. The hoop ends in a hanging loop at the top. How big it is and how much room it needs inside a lamp The figure is 20 cm wide and 33 cm high. The width is also the smallest internal clearance the shade has to have for the parrot to fit without resting against the wall of it — measure that in your own lamp before ordering. The height adds to the height of the lamp, because the tail hangs below the lower rim of the shade and so ends up in the line of sight. The letter S in the name marks the size within the FIGURE family, and the stated 20 × 33 cm apply to this version alone — Las Plumas lists it under the code LPFIGS01.
