The engine room lighting and the cab lighting can be controlled digitally. Maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs are used for the lighting. The locomotive has a buffer capacitor. There are separately applied metal grab irons on the sides and ends of the locomotive. The buffer height conforms to the NEM. The locomotive has close couplers with guide mechanisms. Brake hoses and prototype couplers are included for installation on the locomotive. Length over the buffers 18.9 cm / 7-7/16".
