Die Primesep D HPLC-Phase von SIELC Technologies wurde speziell für die direkte Analyse von Plasma entwickelt. Hochmolekulare Komponenten werden von dieser Phase, welche neben einer unpolaren Alkylkette eine basische Anionentauschergruppe enthält, abgestoßen, hydrophobe und saure Verbindungen werden aufgetrennt.
