Xtimate® SEC (Größenausschlusschromatographie), auch als "Global Protein Hydrophilic Modified Silica Column" bekannt, besteht aus ultrahochreiner, stabiler Silica, die mit hydrophilen Polymer- und Diol-funktionellen Gruppen verbunden ist.
