Die Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ IonPac™ AS4A-SC Säule war viele Jahre lang die bevorzugte Säule für die schnelle isokratische Trennung anorganischer Anionen in Umweltwasserproben. Sie wurde im Jahr 1984 erstmals eingeführt und ist die in der Methode 300.0 (A) der US-amerikanischen Umweltbehörde EPA vorgegebene Säule. Für die schnelle Analyse von anorganischen Anionen in unterschiedlichen Matrizen bei Verwendung von Karbonat-Eluenten wird jedoch die fortschrittliche Dionex IonPac AS22 Anionenaustauschsäule mit hoher Kapazität mit Karbonat als Eluent empfohlen.Mehr anzeigen
